‘Bicycle’ written by O, Tae-seok is a dramatic work which is related to human psychology. One of the main character in the work is Yunseogi. He grew up in the absence of paternal love from his childhood because his father was fired by communists during the Korean war. His uncle had taken care of his family. But Yunseogi did not want to see his uncle who used to visit his house at the anniversary of father death. He seems to travel in his mind with psychological conflicts. In this situation this article emphasizes on the role of Guseogi. Guseogi is not only his fellow but counsellor as well as supervisor. In conclusion 'Bicycle' seems to be a kind of psychotherapeutic drama.
