This thesis is a study on Lee Hye-Kyoung`s family narratives which are pivoted on opposition between the violence of men and the sacrifice of women. The purpose of this thesis is to elucidate Lee Hye-Kyoung`s critical mind with regard to the problem of family. For the purpose, this thesis restriceted the objects of study to six narratives.(「우리들의 떨켜」, 「그늘바람꽃」, 「노래하는 여자, 노래하지 않는 여자」, 「대낮에」, 「봄날은 간다」, 「일식」)Under the neceissity of analysis, this thesis named the former three narratives family narratives of early period, the latter three narratives family narratives of the latter period. Lee Hye-Kyoung`s family narratives reflected the critical mind with regard to violence of patriarchal system. however, there were differences in the perspectives about the value of family between the former three narratives and the latter three narratives. The former three narratives reflected relatively the positive perspectives about the value of family. The latter three narratives reflected relatively the negative perspectives about the value of family.
